It’s taken longer than we expected to get everything into place for the new design/update, but we are on the home stretch. There will be some downtime today and tomorrow while we switch over.

Why are you looking for an answer? On the upper right-hand column is a list of all the programs reviewed on this site. You just need to browse through them to find the ones which are free.
One of them is PAWII, which I can recommend.
