My Roots

If you have a Palm OS Handheld (PalmOne, Sony Clie, etc.), you might want to check out a genealogy program for Palm OS called My Roots that has Mac support. It is a genealogy application that can import/export GEDCOM files to and from your Mac and your Palm OS Handheld through a conversion utility. You can view or change any data in My Roots on your PDA, and the changes can be exported back to your Mac.

Very handy for those times where you want to have access to your genealogy information but don’t want to lug around your iBook/Powerbook or a bunch of papers and charts.
